Late shift talk on site

Brief description : With the "late shift - talk on site" project, company visits to experiences - and the contacts of companies with the citizens of the region and potential specialists are built up and intensively maintained. This instrument developed in the "Energy Education Alliance" (merger of companies, university and business development agency Görlitz) is intended to experience the diversity of professional career paths in the field of MINT professions. For this purpose, conversation formats were developed and moderators were trained for a technically well -founded speech by the event visitors. After carrying out the first event in autumn 2016, the concept was revised and will be offered to a broad entrepreneurship in autumn 2017. Workshops in particular should train companies of the companies based on the experience of the moderators for discussion with visitors.

Short description : Despite a variety of activities and initiatives, the motivation among students is still too low. These specialists in business are urgently needed. There are a large number of actors that act independently of each other. The experiences of national partners are insufficiently taken into account. Communication channels of the target groups are insufficiently used. The "MINT-Offensive" project is a cooperation project at the Zittau/Görlitz University of Applied Sciences with the representatives of the skilled worker alliance Görlitz (regional business associations, companies, education and administration) as well as other players in the Görlitz district, which have been committed to this topic for a long time. The network idea is in the foreground to collect all interests and needs, develop creative instruments and combine communication channels.

Short description
: Specialist campaign for Upper Lusatia for the extra-regional target market-an application with two modules dependent on each other (planning, implementation) for an external specialist campaign. This application includes the planning of the exclusively outward-facing specialists campaign and represents the preparation of the implementation. The implementation should be carried out as part of a subsequent application with previously developed serious and resilient measures and financial planning. This and the follow -up application should be submitted to the FKA of the LK Bautzen and Görlitz. The cost sizes listed here are the costs actually incurred if the respective FKA is advocated.
