How do we support new employees?

New employees receive an induction plan tailored to the respective position as well as experienced colleagues as a mentor. Together with the employees, an individually coordinated training plan is created every year. Internal and external training offers can be used according to your own needs. The training serves both to improve the skills and skills necessary for the position, as well as to obtain additional know-how. Employees who want to take on more responsibility are encouraged and promoted.

Is there a trial work option?

For committed interested parties in training as an electronics technician with us, there is the possibility of a trial work. In addition, there is several times a year to get to know the work environment via applicant and career orientation days. We are also represented at numerous training and job fairs in the region and give an insight into the company as part of school projects.
