How do we support our employees?
New employees receive an immediate, permanent employment contract, basic equipment, and personal protective equipment, including work clothes. This includes items such as T-shirts, trousers, and a jacket. In short, "He could even show up in his swimsuit"—he just has to want to. Following this, there is a 2-3 week onboarding period. During this time, speed is not the focus. Colleagues will point out areas for improvement, emphasize quality, and demonstrate the entire construction process. This is followed by a 5-month probationary period. Should any past financial difficulties arise during the first few weeks, we offer straightforward support.
Besteht die Möglichkeit zur Probearbeit?
Trial work is always possible. We offer student internships and well-paid holiday work for pupils. Some have even earned their driver's license with us in just four weeks of holiday work.
