Brief description : Ebersbach-Neugersdorf, Görlitz, Weißwasser, and Zittau are jointly hosting the FK event in November 2023. Through municipal cooperation and collaboration with the Chambers of Skilled Crafts and Trades (HWK) and Chambers of Industry and Commerce (IHK), local companies will be offered a platform to present their professional fields and specifically recruit skilled workers. The event also aims to familiarize new residents with the regional economy.
Target group : young professionals, residents of the region, foreign citizens, companies, media and other multipliers.

Portal skis "Real Life Zgorzelec"

Brief description : Portalski "Real Life Görlitz-Zgorcelec" is a project designed to differentiate itself in the competition between regions. Using authentic photos and videos of Polish families living in Görlitz, it aims to create a contrast to the heavily edited, glossy images and videos. All regions and businesses invest considerable effort in presenting a polished public image. However, many people are aware that this often bears little resemblance to reality. This type of public image only reaches a specific demographic. Those who are more reserved and prefer to base their decisions on facts are more receptive to realistic images. Portalski provides the platform for such images.

Brief description : Accelerating and facilitating the economic and social integration of (international) skilled workers. The focus is on a welcoming culture that is both structurally anchored (concept and implementation for the city of Görlitz, as well as abstraction and derivation of experiences for other municipalities in the Görlitz district) and made visible locally (welcoming culture). In addition, easily accessible, relevant information from a single source will be developed (information platform), and local and regional support structures will be strengthened and networked.
